Stephanie Spisak

Teacher

About

Stephanie grew up in Kelowna, British Columbia with her three sisters. She was born into a dance family and basically grew up in a studio. Her Mom was a dance teacher and a studio Dance Director. Stephanie has been dancing since age three in Kelowna and studied at The Canadian School of Ballet. She started off her training under the direction of Mel Brown (Ballet) and Lori Larson (Highland). She quickly discovered she had a passion for Highland Dance and began taking it seriously through exams and competitions. Stephanie is an award-winning competitor many times over in the many competitions she attended throughout British Columbia. As she got older she decided to be a little more adventurous with dance and expanded her disciplines to include, tap, jazz, and hip hop. She continued her studies into adulthood, taking a break to get married and have a family. Stephanie’s love for dance coupled with her love of working with kids makes her a perfect fit as a Dance teacher.
