This class is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students’ technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. It’s a form of workout and conditioning your body with the ballet technique.
Class Etiquette:
- Students should wear comfortable sports clothing. No ballet shoes necessary.
- Dancers may not wear jewelry, other than pierced ear studs during training.
- You must be courteous, respectful, and polite to all officials, hosts, teachers, and coaches. It’s important to be on your best behavior. Encourage and compliment other dancers in your class.
